January 2017: Peer-to-Peer Consulting

This session focused on deepening our network’s connections and sharing best practices. Prior to the session, members completed a survey highlighting areas where their program excels and needs improvement.  To the best of our ability, individuals were assigned to groups with complimentary program strengths and weaknesses in an attempt to be value add for all attendees. There were four group discussion topics:

• Strategic Nonprofit Partnership and Internal/External Storytelling
• Collaboration with HR and Middle Manager Buy-In
• External Reporting and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG)
• Skills-Based & Pro Bono Programs and Met
  

  A group of CVNY members engage in peer-to-peer consulting about ESG issues.

  A group of CVNY members engage in peer-to-peer consulting about skills-based volunteering/pro bono work and metrics/tracking.
