NOVEMBER 2018: MANAGING CHANGE — ADVOCATING FOR YOUR CSR STRATEGY

November’s meeting focused on advocating for your CSR strategy when a new leader is onboarded. Can you change-proof your initiative? We heard from three seasoned professionals with different perspectives.

During the meeting we heard from three seasoned professionals in different roles:

• A CSR professional who had to advocate for new or existing programs when a new CEO or executive was hired
• An agency that has experience in helping CSR professionals dealing with the transition who will be sharing best practices on advocating for your role or program
• An executive coming onboard outside of CSR who was brought on to make changes and build new programs
