CSR and HR experts engaged in a panel discussion and audience Q&A about how CSR and Human Resources align to achieve shared goals. Discussion topics included things like how CSR and HR align to realize employee and company benefits and how CSR and volunteerism can be used as an employee leadership development tool. Additionally, panelists talked about how CSR leaders can overcome the “frozen middle” of middle managers to better engage teams across their business and how middle managers can help grow a company’s CSR impact.
